Price transparency

Provide itemized pricing that we can share with families. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch packages. If a family comes to you through our platform, the pricing they saw is the pricing they get.

Timely cremation (10-day SLA)

Cremation partners commit to completing cremation within 10 days of receiving remains. Families connected through our platform are prioritized. If you can't meet this standard consistently, this isn't the right partnership.

Witnessed cremation participation

Cremation partners allow our independent witnesses to observe and certify the cremation process via live camera feed. This is not optional — it's a core part of the Honor Ever After promise to families.

Respectful, no-pressure service

Families who come through our platform are informed and have already made most of their decisions. Your role is to execute their plan with care — not to upsell them during a vulnerable moment.

How it works

1. Apply to join our partner network

Tell us about your operation — services offered, service area, pricing, and capacity. We review every application and visit local facilities when possible.

2. Share your pricing and meet our standards

Provide itemized pricing for your services. If you offer cremation, set up the camera feed for our witnessed certification program. Agree to the 10-day cremation SLA.

3. Receive families who are ready

When a family in your area completes their plan and chooses to connect, you receive their full plan — service type, preferences, timeline, and contact information. No guessing. No cold calling.

4. Serve the family. We handle the rest.

Focus on what you do best — caring for families. We handle the marketing, the education, and the planning process. You handle the service.
